2. General information on data processing

Personal data is processed under the GDPR and German TDDDG. When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical access data including your IP address, time, requested page, browser and operating system. This supports website delivery and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email, your address and message are processed to respond to your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Data is deleted when no longer needed for that purpose, unless statutory retention duties apply. These pages do not have their own booking form.

4. Cookies and local storage

Your cookie decision is stored in your browser under haus-marit-cookie-consent for up to six months to respect your choice. This storage is necessary under § 25 (2) TDDDG. Documenting your choice is based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Language is determined by the page address and is not stored separately.

Optional statistics cookies require your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. Your decision applies to the host you visit, so the golf website may ask separately.

5. Usage analysis with Google Analytics

With your consent, these websites use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data includes pages visited, technical device details, approximate region and clicks on external links. The booking_click event measures a click to Fineline Sylt, not a completed reservation. Google Analytics is not loaded without consent.

Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_ with typical lifetimes of up to two years. Actual duration may depend on the Analytics property settings. Analytics data retention is configured in that property. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Google LLC may process data in the USA. Transfers to recipients certified under the EU US Data Privacy Framework may rely on the adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR; otherwise appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR are required. Google provides more details in its privacy policy. You can disable analysis at any time through Cookie settings. On withdrawal, existing first party Analytics cookies are deleted where technically possible and the page reloads.

6. Booking through Fineline Sylt

Availability, reservations and bookings take place exclusively on the external Fineline Sylt website. You only visit that provider when you open a link. No booking system is embedded here. Fineline Sylt has its own privacy information for processing on its website. These websites receive no information about completed bookings.

7. Hosting and service providers

This website is provided through Lovable. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical access data. Processing by providers and any transfers outside the European Economic Area must meet Art. 28 and Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Fonts are served locally with the website; no connection to Google Fonts is made for fonts.

8. Encryption and retention

Transmission uses HTTPS with TLS encryption. Personal data is only processed for as long as required for its purpose or by law. Technical retention periods depend on the settings and policies of the service providers used.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Use of the published contact details to send unsolicited advertising is prohibited.
